DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – LAO CAI BY TRAIN   (-/-/D)

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International airport, meet up our representative and proceed to centre for sightseeing at Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi Opera, 36 Ancient Street and free shopping at Dong Xuan market, Hang Gai, Hang Dao, Hang Ngang…ect with hundreds of specialty shops selling silk clothing, lacquerware, embroidered linens, furniture, bamboo, cooking utensils…Dinner at local restaurant, then transfer to Ha Noi Train Station for transfering to Lao Cai Province.

DAY 2: LAO CAI- SAPA (B/L/D)

Early morning arrival at Lao Cai Station. Transfer to Sapa by coach. Arrival Sapa, having breakfast, then transfer to the villages populated by H’mong and Dzay people, respectively called Lao Chai and Ta Van. After that, return Sapa town for lunch. Check in hotel. Free & easy at your leisure. Dinner at local restaurant.

Early check in is not included.

DAY 3: LAO CAI- SAPA- HANOI (B/L/D)

After breakfast in the hotel, free at leisure for shopping at Sapa Market till time check out hotel. Lunch at local restaurant and then transfer to visit you to visit Cat Cat village before transfer to Lao Cai Train Station for transfer to Ha Noi.

DAY 4: HANOI – HALONG (B/L/D)

After breakfast, we transfer to Ba Dinh District and visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum – the mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh who was the president of Viet Nam in the year 1945. After that, you will come to visit One pillar pagoda, one of the most ancient padoda of Vietnam. Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first University of Vietnam.  After lunch, transfer to Halong. Arrival Halong, check in hotel, the rest of day is at your own leisure. Dinner at Vietnamese restaurant.

Distance        Hanoi – Halong: 165km à4 hour transfer included breaktime on the way

Note: Please kindly take note that Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (the inside) will be opened only in the morning. It will be closed every Monday and Friday. Besides the outside of Ho chi Minh Mausoleum, you can still  visit Ba Dinh square, Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s House on stilt, One pillar pagoda as normal

DAY 5: HALONG – HANOI (B/L/D)

After breakfast, we start enjoying 4 hour boat trip. We walk into the Thien Cung cave (Paradise Palace cave) to see thousands of stalactites and stalagmites colored by hundreds of neon lights. After 1 hour stay in the “Paradise Palace”, we are back to the boat for cruising along the World Nature Heritage part to see the Incense Bowl islet, Cock fighting islets Sail islet, Turtle island…. A delicious seafood lunch will be served when we are completely relax on boat. We are both having seafood and seeing the wonderful sightseeing outside. At 12:00 at noon, we finish our boat trip and back to our vehicle for transferring to Hanoi with stopovers at Ceramic and Hand Embroidery Workshop en route. At around 17:00PM we will be back to Hanoi.

Evening highlight will be a Water Puppet Performance – the unique form of Vietnamese art derived from wet rice civilization of South East Asia. Dinner at restaurant                                                                                         

DAY 6: HANOI DEPARTURE (B/-/-)

After breakfast, free at leisure till transfer to the airport for departure flight.
